Japanese Cotton Cheesecake II

19.12.2013 - Batam.  Yes, making Japanese Cotton Cheesecake for the 2nd time and im glad it haven't failed me yet. :) This time, i increase the baking temperature to 170c bake for 1hr and 20 mins. i added 1 tbsp + 1/2tsp of Lemon Juice instead of cream of tartar, the rest of the ingredients are the same as the 1st Japanese Cotton Cheesecake posted. 

I am so happy my cheesecake no big air bubbles like the first time i did, and it wasn't crack or shrunk. Came out perfectly. However, i am still hoping to get a taller cheesecake or probably i use have use a smaller spring pan! :) Overall, im very please with the result and the cake was perfect.
